Menzer Hajiyeva is a fashion designer specializing in fabric prints and scarves.
Menzer has worked in the studios of Michael Kors, Zac Posen, Narciso Rodriguez and Lanvin in New York and Paris. She graduated from New York University and Parsons School of Design and worked in the fashion industry in New York before moving to Paris.
In Paris she studied at the Parisian fashion school Studio Berçot and worked as a designer at Lanvin. She has also done a course in textile printing at Central Saint Martins in London and an internship in handbag design in Florence.
Since 2012 Menzer has been working on developing her own brand.
Idil Bayram has a BA from the University of Chicago and has an MBA candidate at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Idil was an investment banker at Credit Suisse New York for three years.
