How do I order a scarf?
Ordering a scarf on is quick and easy. On the product page simply click the ‘add to cart’ button and it will be added to your shopping basket. Continue shopping our website or proceed to ‘Checkout’. Here you will have the opportunity to fill in your billing & shipping details as well as make payment via one of our quick and secure payment methods.
I placed an order! When will I get it?
Once an order is placed, typically it is packed and shipped out of our office within 1 business day. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with a tracking number. Depending on your shipment choice your delivery time will vary. If there are any delays with your shipment, you will be informed via e-mail immediately.
Where can I find your shipping options?
We offer regular shipping worldwide (up to 14 business days) and also worldwide express shipping (up to 5 business days).

What methods of payment can I use?
Currently we offer two forms of payment.
Cash On Delivery (COD) is available for delivery within Baku city center. When using this service customers are responsible to provide the exact amount billed as the courier does not carry change for customers.
Our second payment method is Secure Payments by PayPal. This offsite, secure payment method will take you to PayPal where you can pay direct with your PayPal account, debit/credit card & more.
I requested Cash On Delivery. Which currency can I pay in?
For Cash on Delivery in Baku City you can pay in USD or AZN. Customers will be presented with a receipt in both currencies. The amount in AZN is established by our company.
I placed an order as a present!  Can I request gift wrapping?
Of course you can. Please e-mail us at and simply let us know that you would like your purchase to be gift-wrapped.   
If you have not placed your order yet please mention gift wrapping in "comments" section at checkout. 
How do I care for my scarf?
We recommend you dry clean your cashmere, wool and silk scarves. Natural silk scarves ("kelagayis") should be hand washed gently in cold water separately.
How do I return an item? 
To return an item visit our Exchange and Return Policy page where we explain how to return an item. If the item is not faulty you will have to organize the return of the product yourself to our address: 31 Aziz Aliyev, suite 25, Baku AZ1000, Azerbaijan.
How do I apply a promotion code?
 Upon reaching the basket you have the option to redeem a promotional code where the total of your shopping cart will be discounted with the offer used. Promo codes are issued by the company and can be redeemed within the terms set out. Promotional codes cannot be applied to shipping and only deduct from the combined product total. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with items already in website promotions or sale items.
