How do I order a scarf?
Placing an order with us is quick, easy and safe.
We ship to any country in the world using express shipping.
I placed an order. When will I get it?
Once an order is placed, typically it is packed and shipped out of our office within 1 business day. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with a tracking number. Most deliveries take between 2-7 business days to reach a destination but vary depending on address and holiday schedules. If there are any delays with your shipment, you will be informed via e-mail immediately.
Where can I find your shipping options?
We offer complimentary EMS PRIORITY shipping (5-7 business days).
We also offer expedited shipping with EXPRESS POST (3-4 business days).
We are able to offer even faster deliveries for some items stocked in the UK for UK deliveries. For deliveries in Baku city we use a local courier and typically deliver within 48 hours.

How do I care for my scarf?
We recommend Dry Cleaning for cashmere and wool scarves.
Natural silk scarves can be hand washed gently in cold water separately.
What methods of payment can I use?
Currently we offer google pay, paypal, payments with any debit or credit card and
Cash On Delivery (COD) if you are requesting a delivering in Baku city.
I requested Cash On Delivery. Which currency can I pay in?
For Cash on Delivery in Baku City you can pay in USD or AZN. Customers will be presented with a receipt in both currencies. The amount in AZN is established by our company.
I don't love the color or item. How do I return my purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to take it back.

How do I apply a promotion code?
At checkout you will see an option to redeem a promotional code where the total of your shopping cart will be discounted with the offer used. Promo codes are issued by the company and can be redeemed within the terms set out. Promotional codes cannot be applied to shipping and only deduct from the combined product total. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with items already in website promotions or sale items.
